This is Good News For The Ridge

As you can see from the Infographic below, a high percentage of buyers in our major feeder markets have over 20% equity in there homes. Why is that good? Because when families have equity, it allows them to move up to a bigger home, or downsize in the case of our prospects. They have mobility and when Americans have options, they exercise those options and that means coming down to The Ridge and purchase our homes. And as we all know from Economics 101, the more demand we have, the more our homes appreciate.

With that being said, I just saw a newspaper article that mentioned incredible appreciation numbers from counties south of us. I will be writing something on this at a later date but there is more optimism from me for THE RIDGE.
